This illustration is for a children’s book about the Florida Keys. From the upper left corner and rotating clockwise; there is a boy snorkeling through a school of shiners (bait fish) while holding a queen conch shell, a barracuda suspended motionless along with a school of squid, watching the boy. Then there is a grouper with a goby fish suckered to it while hiding in some turtle grass by a chimney sponge with more neon gobies, followed by a green moray eel, sand dollar, Florida lobster, brittlestar, yellow snapper, barber pole shrimp (cleaner shrimp), sea biscuit and finally a sea urchin with black spines.
